The Audit
A four-stage certification process
Every certification follows the same structured process, whether a school is applying for the first time or renewing.
Questionnaire
A structured self-assessment across all six domains of the Framework.
Document Review
Submission of policies, support-plan evidence and CPD records for independent review.
Interviews
Structured interviews with leadership and staff to verify evidence in practice. They can be held online or remotely.
Certification Decision
A written decision and development report — Neurodivergent Excellence Certified, Neurodivergent Excellence Certified with Distinction or Development Required.
