A full package of support, not just an audit

Working with Neurodivergent Excellence means you have what you need to get your provision in order. You get the audit and written report, guides linked to every area for improvement, a check-in each year and the founder available for consultations whenever you want expert advice. Everything is online, so it is simple for your staff and fits around the school day.

Founding school offer: 50% off

We are inviting the first three schools to help us launch. Founding schools pay half the three-year price, in return for an anonymised case study of their journey and a short feedback conversation. You will not be named without your separate written agreement.

  • Up to 500 pupils£3,750for three full academic years
  • 501 to 1,000 pupils£5,250for three full academic years
  • 1,001 to 2,000 pupils£7,000for three full academic years

The audit, the standard and the decision are exactly the same as for every other school. A founding school is not given an easier route to certification. Every school receives a written report, whether it passes or not.

Limited to the first three schools.

Every membership includes

  • The Neurodivergent Excellence standard and a manual that explains every criterion, so you know what to meet before your audit
  • The full initial audit and a written report with areas for improvement, whether or not the school passes, under The Neurodivergent Excellence Framework™. Certification is awarded only when the evidence meets the standard. If a school does not pass, reassessment is free, up to two times within 12 months of the report
  • Certification for the rest of the academic year you pass in, plus three full academic years
  • A printable A4 PDF certificate for the current academic year and digital badges for your marketing materials
  • A short annual check-in, a mini audit of any changes or policy developments, that renews your badge for that year. Anyone can check on our website that your badge is active
  • A library of guides and resources that is added to and updated regularly
  • The option to book one-off paid consultations with the founder whenever you need them
  • A secure member portal with your audit history and staff logins

Free reassessment

If a school does not pass first time, it receives a development report that sets out exactly what to address. Resubmission and up to two reassessments within 12 months of the report are free. When the points in the report have been addressed, the school should be able to meet the standard on reassessment. Certification is awarded only when the evidence meets it.

One-off consultations

Members can book paid one-off consultations with the founder whenever they need them, for example to talk through a development report. They are charged separately and never influence a certification outcome.

What to expect, step by step

  1. 1

    Receive the standard and manual

After payment you receive the standard and a manual that explains every criterion. Prepare in your own time and ask to begin your audit within six months of payment.

  2. 2

    Complete the questionnaire

36 questions in your private member portal, at your own pace.

  3. 3

    Upload your documents

Policies and anonymised examples go into the same portal. Nothing needs to identify a child or a colleague.

  4. 4

Take part in three short interviews

Online, with the questions sent to you in advance. Together they take between 90 minutes and 2.5 hours.

  5. 5

    Receive your report

Usually within 7 days of everything being in. It gives your decision, your certification status and your areas for improvement. Every school receives a written report, whether or not it passes.

  6. 6

    Reassess if you need to

Resubmission and up to two reassessments within 12 months of your report are free. A school that addresses the points in the report should be able to meet the standard. Certification is awarded only when the evidence meets it.

  7. 7

    Stay current each year

A short annual check-in covers any changes or policy developments and renews your badge for that year.

Need more? A bespoke on-site package

If your school wants hands-on support beyond membership, the founder can design a bespoke package around your needs. This can include visits to your school, in-person staff training and leadership days. Bespoke packages are priced individually, so please get in touch to talk it through.

The 12-question self-audit is free and takes a few minutes. It gives an indicative Inclusion Index and a radar chart. It is a sample, not the certification audit.
