The Neurodivergent Excellence Framework™
Six domains. One institutional standard.
The Neurodivergent Excellence Framework™ is the methodology behind every audit and certification decision. It assesses a school as a whole institution — students, teaching practice, staff, leadership, wellbeing systems and parent partnership — rather than treating inclusion as a single department's responsibility.

How scoring works
Each domain is scored using a traffic-light method — Green, Amber or Red — based on documentary evidence, interview verification and questionnaire responses. Domain scores combine into an overall Inclusion Index, presented alongside a radar chart showing relative strength across all six domains.
